Information we collect
- Contact details — your name and email address, provided when you book.
- Questionnaire responses — business name, industry, website and social links, perceived marketing issue, current marketing efforts, monthly marketing budget, who currently handles your marketing, competitors or brands you admire, urgency or timeline, and your goal for the call.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card number or payment credentials; these are held exclusively by Stripe under its own privacy and security practices.
- Scheduling details — the date and time you book for your call, along with any calendar and video-conferencing details, handled via Google Calendar and Google Meet.

After this period, information is securely deleted or anonymized, except where continued retention is required by law.
Security safeguards
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. This includes relying on providers (Stripe, Google) that maintain industry-standard security certifications for the portions of data they process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data breach notification
In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and, where required, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, in accordance with PIPEDA's breach notification requirements.
